Inviting Local SW Florida Executive and Professional Job Seekers to attend FREE “Transitioning Professionals/Executives of SW Florida” Workshop and Networking Meeting, 1st & 3rd Monday of Every Month @Rasmussen
Our FREE Workshop and Networking meetings provide support with a structured 12 Step process, providing attendees with the tools for re-employment including marketing yourself, networking opportunities, career guidance, relationship building, financial guidance, Business Ownership exploration, job leads, and accountability.
Transitioning Professionals/Executives of SW Florida is dedicated to serving the transitioning professional (unemployed, underemployed, displaced or terminated) by providing a support network designed to build on your strengths, hone your skills and talents, and focus your efforts to re-employment. This 7+ year program has helped many local Ft. Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Lehigh Acres, & Port Charlotte Professionals & Executives. We continue to refresh our material with the changing times, strategies and tools that help differentiate you from the masses.

We cover 2 different topics every meeting:
•Developing a Personal Mission /Vision Statement (your 60 second commercial)
•Reviewing Assessments and Values (learning to adapt when required)
•Performing a Financial Review (being cost effective during your job search)
•Developing a Marketing Plan (Marketing yourself successfully with a focused approach)
•Resume Optimization (getting past the electronic screeners)
•Developing Interviewing Skills (preparing yourself for difficult questions)
•Working with Recruiters (pros and cons)
•Exploring Entrepreneurship (Is Business Ownership a viable option)
•Maintaining a Job Search Calendar (optimize/plan your time and events you attend for success)
•Networking Towards Success (LinkedIN and beyond)
Meetings are free and open to the public. We encourage all professionals /executives to attend. Please dress for success.

Directions to Rasmussen College – Ft. Myers @ the Forum:
Ft. Myers/Cape Coral – East of I-75 on Colonial Blvd. at The Forum. (Exit 136) Make a left on Forum Blvd (Home Depot on left) and then a left on Champion Ring (just past Staples on the left). From Champion Ring make a left on Forum Corporate Parkway. Three story building on your left. The 2 main entrances are on the south side and west side of the building.
Lehigh – Go west on Lee Blvd. toward I-75. Lee Blvd will turn into Colonial Blvd. Make a right on Forum Blvd. (Home Depot by entrance into The Forum). Make a left on Champion Ring and then another left on Forum Corporate Parkway.
Naples/Bonita Springs – Take I-75 North to exit 136. Make a right (east) off the exit and get into left hand lane immediately. Make a left at the light on Forum Blvd. (Home Depot on left) and a left on Champion Ring. From Champion Ring make a left on Forum Corporate Parkway. Three story building on your left.
N. Ft. Myers/Port Charlotte – Take I-75 South to exit 138. Make a left off the exit (east) onto Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd (MLK). Make a right on Destination Dr. (at the Coastal gas station) and a right on Champion Ring Rd. Make a right on Forum Corporate Parkway.
